About the Role
YellowDoor Hotels is a premier boutique hotel chain located in Abuja, Nigeria, offering luxury accommodations and top-tier amenities for business executives and leisure travelers. As we build our wellness offering from scratch, we are seeking a talented and dedicated founding Masseuse to set the standard for guest experience, hygiene, and professional practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional massage and wellness treatments tailored to each guest's specific needs.
- Conduct thorough pre-session consultations to assess guest preferences and flag any health concerns.
- Maintain an immaculate, fully stocked, and hygiene-compliant treatment room daily.
- Manage equipment, linens, oils, and supplies to ensure consistent readiness for every appointment.
- Document treatment records and guest preferences accurately after each session.
- Report equipment issues, stock gaps, or guest concerns promptly to hotel management.
- 2 to 3 years of professional massage therapy experience in a hospitality or wellness setting.
- Valid massage therapy certification and multi-modality technique proficiency including Swedish and deep tissue.
- Strong expertise in guest intake, contraindication assessment, and professional boundary management.
- Impeccable adherence to treatment room hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Prior experience setting up a new spa, developing treatment menus, or documenting SOPs is a strong advantage.
