Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive lectures and practical training in Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Journalism, and Media Studies.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and curriculum content in alignment with industry standards and institutional goals.
- Assess and evaluate student assignments, examinations, and practical media projects, providing constructive and timely feedback.
- Mentor and guide students on media ethics, content creation, investigative journalism, and modern broadcasting techniques.
- Facilitate interactive classroom discussions, seminars, workshops, and hands-on media production sessions.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure the smooth delivery of programs and participate in institute events.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred) in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
- Proven academic teaching or professional industry experience in mass communication, broadcasting, or digital media.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and engage students.
