About the Role
PEFTI Film Institute Limited was established in 2004 by WALE ADENUGA PRODUCTIONS, Nigeria's Foremost Private Film and Television Production Company, to create opportunities for both green-horn aspirants and practitioners to acquire proficient professional training in the diverse disciplines of film, television, and music production. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Administration Lecturer to join our esteemed academic team and impart essential business acumen to our creative students.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical workshops in Business Administration tailored to the creative and entertainment industries.
- Develop, update, and review curriculum materials, lesson plans, and course outlines to maintain high educational standards.
- Assess and evaluate student assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to foster academic growth.
- Mentor and advise students on academic performance, career paths, and entrepreneurial opportunities within the media and entertainment sectors.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and industry professionals to integrate real-world business practices into the institute's programs.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic boards, and institute-wide events as required.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, lecturing, or academic instruction at a recognized tertiary institution or professional institute.
- Strong understanding of business principles applied to the creative arts, film, television, and entertainment industries.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire diverse groups of students.
