Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver problem-based learning experiences that connect classroom concepts to real-world community challenges.
- Facilitate student-centered lessons using interactive, visual, and practical teaching methods tailored to diverse learners.
- Provide personalized instruction, continuous guidance, and regular feedback to students, parents, and guardians.
- Assess and document student progress effectively using innovative project-based evaluation methods.
- Participate actively in peer lesson plan reviews and contribute meaningfully to ongoing curriculum development.
- Engage in regular team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching practices.
- Partner collaboratively with parents, community stakeholders, and fellow educators to support holistic student growth.
- Uphold Talent Mine Academy's child protection policies with unwavering commitment and utmost integrity.
- Model exemplary leadership qualities that inspire and develop positive character traits in our students.
- Prepare comprehensive termly reports detailing student performance, academic growth, and areas for development.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or a relevant subject area from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated experience working with children, with a strong preference for prior classroom teaching experience.
- Thorough understanding and practical application of learner-centered, interactive teaching practices.
- Physical capability to actively work with children and effectively manage dynamic classroom activities.
- A genuine belief in the limitless potential of every child, regardless of their socioeconomic background.
- Strong moral compass, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills for managing diverse groups.

- Proficiency in utilizing Google Suite tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
