About the Role
Lynton Prints is a premier professional printing and branding house based in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, specializing in top-tier customized corporate branding, personalized gifts, merchandise printing, and creative graphic design services. We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing and Sales Representative to join our energetic team and help us connect with new clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and field visits within Benin City and surrounding areas.
- Promote our comprehensive range of corporate branding, gift items, and printing services to prospective corporate and individual clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the production and graphic design teams to ensure client specifications and delivery timelines are strictly met.
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue opportunities for the business.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably within the printing or creative industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Living in or having close proximity to our office location in Benin City is a distinct advantage.
