About the Role
DSL Pharma is a leading manufacturing company dedicated to providing cutting-edge veterinary and pharmaceutical solutions customized to meet the daily needs of our end users. We manufacture specialized drugs to improve livestock health, with products tailored to ensure environmental sustainability within Nigeria. Our animal health products undergo rigorous quality control to guarantee safety and efficacy for farm animals. We are currently looking for a results-driven Marketing Officer to join our growing team and help expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to monitor customer needs, emerging industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Create, manage, and optimize engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities, follow up on prospects, and support customer acquisition.
- Assist in the coordination of product launches, industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate events.
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and promotional collateral.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and deliver actionable market insights to the management team.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns, lead generation, and overall campaign performance against approved budgets.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in marketing, sales, digital marketing, or a similar commercial role.
- Prior experience in the veterinary, animal health, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, and fundamental sales techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
