About the Role
Cedarcrest Hospitals, a leading modern specialist medical center in Abuja, Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our growing team. Established in 2008, we are renowned for providing world-class orthopedic, neurosurgery, and comprehensive multi-specialist healthcare services. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our market presence, promote our specialized medical services, and foster strong relationships with patients, corporate clients, and healthcare stakeholders across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote Cedarcrest Hospitals' specialized services.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media channels, SEO, and email marketing to increase brand awareness.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, HMOs, and referral networks.
- Plan and execute promotional events, health awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and healthcare trends.
- Create engaging marketing collateral, newsletters, press releases, and patient education materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare or service sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO principles, and social media management.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools or CRM software is an added advantage.
