About the Role
Kuddy Cosmetics, a leading name in the Nigerian beauty and skincare industry with over 40 years of excellence, is seeking a vibrant and results-driven Marketing Officer. You will own the marketing strategy for an assigned cluster of our stores, bridging the gap between physical retail and digital presence. Key Responsibilities- Own territory marketing by visiting assigned branches regularly, building strong relationships with store teams, and identifying local growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute high-impact in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, product sampling, and makeup demonstration days.
- Monitor visual merchandising standards, ensuring products remain visible, attractive, and properly positioned.
- Represent Kuddy Cosmetics at local events, beauty schools, and partner with makeup artists and beauty professionals to drive brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with the content creation team by spotting shareable moments, coordinating in-store shoots, and contributing fresh campaign ideas.
- Support digital marketing efforts by assisting with social media, email, and WhatsApp marketing to maintain consistent omni-channel messaging.
- Gather valuable market insights, track competitor promotions, and report on customer feedback to shape future strategies.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing, retail, field marketing, digital marketing, or brand activation.
- A relevant university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and proactive problem-solving skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Comfortable with frequent travel between store locations and confident in direct customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of current beauty trends, product presentation, and basic digital marketing tools.
