Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the successful execution of comprehensive marketing and annual sales plans.
- Participate in marketing operations and industry events to actively increase brand awareness.
- Establish and implement advertising and promotional campaigns across social media, print, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize marketing strategies and enhance company presence.
- Track, record, and evaluate marketing activities using clear metrics to ensure optimal return on investment.
- Create, oversee, and manage the distribution of engaging content and marketing materials.
- Help develop and maintain accurate customer research databases.
- Analyze market patterns, competitor offerings, and customer demographics to identify new growth opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a marketing officer, sales executive, or in a similar marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media campaigns, and traditional advertising channels.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and measure campaign success.
