We are looking for an energetic and driven Field Executive to join our team in Asaba. You will serve on the frontline of our sales engine, generating demand, building lasting relationships, and ensuring our products consistently reach the market.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage customers to generate consistent, high-quality orders across your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships that guarantee repeat customer engagement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly billing targets by collaborating closely with internal colleagues and distribution partners.
- Strictly adhere to your daily journey plan and visit schedule to maximize market coverage.
- Drive volume growth by ensuring product availability, identifying upsell opportunities, and managing a healthy product portfolio mix.
- Coordinate seamlessly with DMS Operators and Van Delivery Representatives to guarantee accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
- Minimum of an OND or HND in a relevant discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Prior experience in the FMCG or distribution industry will be a distinct advantage.
- High comfort level working outdoors in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong intermediate skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and territory management.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as OmniOne for order capture and daily reporting.
- Clear career progression pathways leading to Sales Supervisor and Van Sales Supervisor roles.
