About the Role
Vertex Realty Solutions Limited, evolved from Beulah Properties Limited to provide a comprehensive bouquet of residential and commercial real estate products, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager. In this role, you will plan, lead, and measure impactful campaigns to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth in the competitive Nigerian property market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive, goal-oriented marketing plans and budgets aligned with overall business objectives and Nigerian market trends.
- Design and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning digital, social media, email marketing, and high-profile industry events.
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze consumer behavior, track real estate industry trends, and study competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Measure return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) using web analytics and CRM tools.
- Partner closely with sales, product development, and senior leadership to support successful go-to-market strategies for new property developments.
- Supervise internal marketing staff, coordinate effectively with external agencies, and manage daily department operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing roles, specifically with mandatory prior work experience in a real estate company.
- Demonstrated success in leadership or project management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills tailored to the Nigerian corporate landscape.
