We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep consumer and industry insights to plan and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies, ensuring optimal product availability and robust shelf offtake across all retail channels nationwide. Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive brand and channel development strategies to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the internal marketing team while effectively overseeing external third-party platforms and agencies.
- Plan and implement effective customer retention strategies to ensure consistent, long-term growth in sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and major retailers Pan-Nigeria.
- Drive channel strategy management, brand and category management, and successfully close critical business deals.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of solid, demonstrable experience working within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Currently holding a Marketing Manager or equivalent leadership position with a proven history of success.
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing MS Office software for data analysis and strategic reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and deal-making competencies.
