Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote residential and commercial properties.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the internal marketing team to achieve key performance indicators and sales targets.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the Nigerian real estate sector.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum return on investment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or communications, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing high-converting marketing campaigns.
