About the Role
Glisten Dental Clinic is a modern dental practice and a subsidiary of Advanced Dental Clinic, located at 6 Tamale Street, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja. We combine advanced dental technology with a welcoming environment to deliver exceptional oral healthcare. We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Growth Specialist who understands that effective marketing goes beyond social media posting and directly drives patient appointments through strategic action.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote specialized dental services including Invisalign, braces, implants, and veneers.
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms.
- Track return on ad spend (ROAS) and generate consistent patient enquiries and booked appointments.
- Collaborate with the reception and treatment coordination teams to ensure seamless lead follow-up.
- Monitor competitor activity, review campaign analytics, and prepare actionable weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience with a degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure ROI, and manage budgets.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva or CapCut is an added advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
