About the Role
Denam Properties Limited is a leading real estate development and property management company based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to delivering exceptional living spaces and memorable client experiences. We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and creative Marketing & Content Creator to lead our digital presence, elevate our brand visibility, and drive direct enquiries and bookings for our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.
- Create high-quality multimedia content including photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, graphics, and promotional stories.
- Design, manage, and execute consistent weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Write engaging captions, marketing copy, promotional messages, and creative campaign concepts.
- Manage official social media accounts to actively grow follower base, engagement rates, enquiries, and reservations.
- Showcase apartments, top-tier amenities, facilities, guest experiences, and seasonal special offers.
- Support paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms to maximize ROI.
- Engage professionally with customers by promptly responding to comments, direct messages, and enquiries.
- Monitor current digital marketing trends, track campaign performance metrics, and prepare insightful reports.
- Encourage authentic guest reviews, testimonials, referrals, and user-generated content to build brand trust.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or lifestyle marketing.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing creative social media content, campaigns, photography, or videography projects.
- Must reside in Abuja, Nigeria, with a strong understanding of the local real estate and hospitality market.
- Proficiency with digital tools including Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and major social media platforms.
