Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Nectar Beauty Hub and drive retail foot traffic and online sales.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and oversee digital marketing campaigns to grow our community.
- Collaborate with the retail and creative teams to plan in-store promotions, product launches, and brand activations.
- Monitor market trends, analyze consumer behavior, and track campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty influencers, brand partners, and media representatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a marketing executive, brand specialist, or in a similar retail marketing role.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian beauty and skincare retail landscape is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with creative flair for content creation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media analytics, and basic content creation software.
