Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company services.
- Identify, generate, and nurture new leads and potential clients.
- Promote products and services through diverse communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow up diligently on prospects.
- Attend client meetings and deliver compelling service presentations.
- Work consistently toward agreed sales, marketing, and customer acquisition targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and prevailing market trends.
- Prepare regular, detailed reports on marketing activities, lead conversions, and sales performance.
- HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven professional experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a high level of self-motivation and proactivity.
- Familiarity with digital and social media marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance-based milestones.
