Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Create compelling content for website, social media, email, and industry publications
- Manage brand consistency and messaging across all regional offices
- Coordinate communications strategies with regional teams to ensure aligned messaging
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Oil & Gas recruitment sector
- Support client engagement initiatives and thought leadership activities
- Analyze campaign performance and report on marketing metrics
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 3+ years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in recruitment or B2B sectors
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and content management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management and analytics
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas or recruitment industry is advantageous
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
