Skipper Eye-Q Speciality Eye Hospital, a renowned international healthcare provider with a global chain of 42 facilities across India and Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and increasing our market presence within the specialized eye healthcare sector by engaging corporate organizations, HMOs, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and promote specialized eye care services.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, referral partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Generate quality leads, manage the sales pipeline effectively, and convert prospects into loyal, long-term clients.
  • Prepare, review, and submit competitive proposals, tenders, and quotations for prospective business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver periodic business development reports to executive management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales, or business development.
  • Strong working knowledge of hospital processes, healthcare sales cycles, and industry systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling tenders, contract negotiations, and closing profitable deals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM tools.
