About the Role
Premium Human Resource Solution Limited is currently seeking a results-driven and energetic Marketing Associate for SME Banking to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence, onboarding new clients, and promoting our suite of innovative financial products and services to small and medium-sized enterprises across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and onboard new retail banking customers and agents onto the company platform.
- Facilitate seamless account opening processes and ensure meticulous collection of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Actively market and promote financial products including POS terminals, digital banking apps, and specialized savings plans.
- Execute check pickups for revenue collection and prepare detailed call memos and target market lists.
- Manage relationships with existing customers and agents to guarantee consistent platform usage and high satisfaction.
- Assist customers with loan request documentation and promptly respond to all inquiries regarding business group activities.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition, sales, and transaction targets.
- Possession of an NCE, OND, HND, or BSc degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
- 1 to 5 years of proven marketing or sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of SME banking products, customer onboarding, and KYC compliance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
