About the Role
Mobility Physiotherapy Clinic is a specialist physiotherapy and rehabilitation center located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, dedicated to helping patients stay active, mobile, and independent. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Growth Coordinator to lead our community outreach, strategic relationship building, and brand expansion efforts in a hands-on capacity.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporate organisations and community groups to drive patient referrals.
- Organise, promote, and coordinate educational workshops and community health events.
- Create engaging educational marketing content centered around physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
- Film and edit dynamic short-form videos within the clinic to showcase our services and patient success stories.
- Manage social media channels and support targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Track marketing initiatives, follow up on generated leads, and measure campaign results against business goals.
- Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills for networking and cold outreach.
- Proactive self-starter with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a proven interest in content creation, video production, and digital marketing tools.
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Healthcare marketing experience and a university degree are not strictly required; we prioritize practical skills, attitude, and alignment with our core values.
