Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth by setting strategic goals, developing actionable sales strategies, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery options, and reliable after-sales services.
- Monitor evolving market trends and competitor activities to identify lucrative business opportunities and new market segments.
- Conquer your assigned territory and beyond by aggressively pushing new product lines into the market.
- Actively acquire new retail and wholesale customers while maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company in Nigeria.
- Must currently reside in Asaba and possess a strong understanding of the local consumer market.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
