About the Role
JV Management Consulting is a leading indigenous Human Resource Management consulting firm seeking a proactive, persuasive, and results-driven Marketing Officer to promote our travel and tourism services, attract new customers, generate sales leads, and increase revenue. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting travel packages, and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Promote travel packages, holiday tours, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa assistance services.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract individuals and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, networking, and digital channels, converting prospects into paying customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and budgets.
- Identify potential corporate clients and business partners for group tours and business travel.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new customer segments and travel trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports and collaborate with management to achieve sales targets.
- HND or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or business development within the Nigerian market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and work towards measurable monthly targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and digital communication tools.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is an added advantage.
