The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive business management and HR services, generating quality leads, developing strong client relationships, and supporting overall business growth through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote company services.
- Identify and generate new business leads, opportunities, and client conversions.
- Manage the company's social media channels and overall digital presence.
- Create engaging marketing and digital content for various platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research and monitor competitor activities in the Nigerian market.
- Manage digital campaigns including email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
- Engage prospects, follow up on leads, and build lasting client relationships.
- Track marketing performance and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking events.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-NYSC experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
