About the Role
Royal Farms Integrated Products Limited is a leading Nigerian agribusiness and food distribution company headquartered in Aba, Abia State. Since 2014, we have specialized in the large-scale supply, cold storage, and logistics of premium agro-allied commodities and food staples for wholesale and retail markets nationwide. We are currently looking for a results-driven Marketer to develop effective marketing strategies, strengthen our brand visibility, and drive sales growth across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote agro-allied products and food staples.
- Identify and penetrate new wholesale and retail markets nationwide to increase sales revenue.
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor behavior, and pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review and strategy adjustment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG, agribusiness, or food distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian agro-allied market and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
- Residency in or willingness to work in Aba, Abia State.
