Key Responsibilities- Conduct physical verification visits to applicants' businesses, homes, and guarantors using the company platform.
- Cross-check and validate applicant data including income, profit, footfalls, and inventory.
- Assess repayment capacity and identify red flags such as false documentation or inflated income.
- Ensure strict adherence to Central Bank of Nigeria guidelines and internal standard operating procedures.
- Proactively detect, investigate, and escalate potential fraud cases to safeguard company assets.
- Minimum of an OND or HND with a solid basic understanding of numbers.
- Preferably 1+ years of experience in field verification, credit appraisal, or risk assessment; fresh graduates willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong observational, investigative, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, cameras, and basic reporting applications.
