About the Role
Beckley Consulting Limited is partnering with a leading offshore marine services company to recruit a dynamic and experienced Marine Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will oversee offshore marine operations, vessel management, marine assurance, and client coordination to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all projects in Nigeria's maritime sector.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day offshore support and security escort vessel operations.
- Manage marine logistics, vessel bunkering, and dry-docking processes.
- Conduct rigorous vessel inspections and manage marine assurance activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and NIMASA requirements.
- Liaise with IACS Classification Societies and manage OVID and client inspection programmes.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and onboard crews to maintain high service standards.
- B.Sc. in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Maritime Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant Certificate of Competency (CoC) is strongly preferred.
- Extensive professional experience in offshore marine operations and vessel management.
- In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations and classification society standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Competitive monthly gross remuneration of 1,000,000 NGN.
