We are seeking a skilled Manual/Functional Engineer to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will execute rigorous functional and non-functional test suites across the UBA Mobile Banking App, ensuring excellence across all 10 application modules from onboarding through advanced AI-powered features.
Key Responsibilities- Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end journey test cases across all application modules including Onboarding, Accounts, Cards, Transfers, and LEO AI conversational assistant
- Perform non-functional testing including reliability, usability, accessibility, compatibility, localization, and data integrity assessments
- Execute concurrency, sequencing, upgrade, migration, and chaos testing scenarios
- Conduct conversational AI test cases for the LEO AI Chatbot, including phrasing variants and guardrail validation
- Log defects with accurate severity and root-cause classification; conduct timely retesting of fixes
- Participate in daily stand-ups and defect triage sessions
- Proven experience in mobile banking or fintech testing environments
- Ability to execute tests against continuously-evolving builds in concurrent testing models
- Proficiency in manual test execution and defect-tracking tools such as Jira
- Hands-on experience testing across iOS and Android mobile devices
- Strong banking domain knowledge and understanding of fintech applications
- At least one candidate must demonstrate capability in designing and executing fault-injection and multi-device concurrency test setups
