We are currently seeking a visionary Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer to drive our next phase of strategic growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute a multi-year strategic plan that delivers consistent revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term shareholder value.
- Lead geographic expansion initiatives into target markets, managing everything from regulatory entry strategy to live operations.
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance.
- Drive digital transformation across all service lines to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Own key relationships with strategic partners, regulators, and institutional investors to maintain our strong market standing.
- A good Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A relevant postgraduate qualification such as an MBA, MSc, or recognized professional certification is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience of 12+ years in technology, professional services, or corporate management.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and scaling operations-intensive service businesses in Nigeria or across Africa.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and C-suite negotiation skills.
