We are looking for a dedicated Duty Supervisor to work at the forefront of the aviation and travel industry, overseeing airport operations and service provider performance to deliver exceptional travel experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring strict adherence to arrival and departure checklists, brand requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Manage safety and security outcomes through effective hazard identification, compliance monitoring, and incident reporting.
- Coordinate special guest requirements, including VIP, MAAS, PRM, and other special category guests.
- Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruptions and support recovery efforts.
- Ensure on-time performance (OTP) through active coordination, mitigation, accurate delay reporting, and targeted follow-ups.
- Promote customer service-related standards and drive performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Make critical day-to-day operational decisions to mitigate safety and security risks at the station level.
- Degree-level education preferred (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience within the service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of aviation, travel industry operations, and airport policies.
- Previous supervisory experience within a high-pressure, multicultural, and shift-based environment.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a strong passion for delivering world-class service.
