About the Role
Fact Base Consulting is seeking a visionary and results-driven Managing Director to lead our operations and drive strategic growth. In this executive leadership role, you will provide overall direction to achieve performance, revenue, and expansion targets while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and governance standards. You will serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and the Board of Directors, delivering comprehensive financial reports and strategic updates.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall strategic direction and leadership to achieve performance, revenue, and growth targets.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that all operations, filings, and governance practices comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with the Board of Directors, providing strategic updates, financial reports, and key operational developments.
- Provide direct operational and strategic oversight of the company while ensuring full alignment with company goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate key risks facing the organization.
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or any other numerate discipline.
- A higher degree or professional certification such as ACCA or ACA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in an Asset Management Company in managerial and leadership roles.
