We are currently seeking a dynamic, Mandarin-speaking professional to join our team as Manager, Relationship, Mandarin Speaking-North. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our valued clientele, bridging communication gaps and delivering tailored financial services that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for new and existing clients to identify suitable banking products and solutions.
- Develop and implement a structured contact management program to engage clients proactively and uncover cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage a dedicated client portfolio to maximize revenue generation while effectively balancing and minimizing operational risks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by educating clients on self-service digital channels and resolving inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including credit, risk, compliance, and wealth management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing.
- 1 to 2 years of general banking experience combined with 2 to 4 years of experience in research and development or strategy formulation.
- Strong behavioural competencies including rapport building, idea generation, and effective teamwork.
