About the Role
Veritaspeak Consultancy is currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced Manager for Laundry Service to oversee and optimize daily facility operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining exceptional service delivery, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring that all garments are processed to the highest standards of quality and care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations while ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Supervise staff, allocate daily duties, and monitor performance, attendance, and adherence to company operating procedures.
- Ensure all garments are properly processed, handled, packaged, and delivered in strict accordance with company quality standards.
- Maintain rigorous quality control measures to minimize damages, inventory losses, processing errors, and customer complaints.
- Oversee the proper usage of industrial equipment, detergents, and consumables while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally, prepare detailed operational reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in laundry, dry cleaning, hospitality, or a related operations management role.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field of study.
- Comprehensive knowledge of laundry and dry-cleaning operations, garment care, advanced stain treatment, and washing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, motivate, and manage a diverse team to achieve high productivity and service quality.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, problem-solving, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Must reside in Gudu, Gaduwa, Apo, or easily accessible surrounding locations within Abuja.
