About the Role
D Mayor Fitness & Game Hub is a premier, 24/7 multi-functional wellness and recreation facility situated within the Yanna Apartment complex at 32 P.O.W Mafemi Crescent, Utako, Abuja. We are currently looking for a results-driven and energetic Manager to spearhead our daily operations, lead our team, and elevate our guest experience to unprecedented heights.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, gaming hub, and recreational facilities to ensure seamless 24/7 service delivery.
- Manage, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, fitness trainers, and support personnel to maintain high performance and morale.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies, standard operating procedures, and customer service protocols.
- Monitor facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety standards to guarantee a secure environment for all members.
- Drive membership sales, retention strategies, and promotional events to maximize revenue and brand visibility in Abuja.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven managerial experience within the fitness, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts, to support our 24/7 business model.
- Proficiency in using gym management software and Microsoft Office suite.
