About the Role
Hero Concept Crew (operating as Hero Concept Nigeria and Hero Concept Production) is a premier professional multimedia and event services company based in Lagos, with nationwide operations. Led by Philip Hero Oguegbe, we specialize in delivering exceptional media coverage for weddings, corporate functions, major concerts, and cultural ceremonies. We are currently seeking four (4) dynamic and skilled Managers to drive our creative projects and expand our footprint across the eastern region.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end multimedia production and event coverage for corporate and social events.
- Manage creative teams on-site, ensuring high standards of videography, photography, and audio production.
- Develop innovative concepts, storyboards, and project timelines that align with client expectations.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision and deliver compelling visual content.
- Maintain and manage professional media equipment to ensure optimal performance during shoots.
- Review, edit, and oversee the post-production process to guarantee top-tier final deliverables.
- Proven professional experience in multimedia production, event management, or a related creative field.
- High proficiency in industry-standard software tools relevant to your specific area of expertise.
- A strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing creative, diverse, and high-quality past work.
- Must currently reside within one of the following states: Imo State, Anambra State, Rivers State, or Abia State.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
