We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resource Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition and HR functions, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier professionals to support our continuous business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for diverse roles including field officers, loan officers, marketers, and corporate personnel.
- Develop and manage active candidate pipelines utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final assessments with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, orientation, and integration processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases.
- Support employee engagement, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with internal company HR policies and local labor regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of proven experience in HR and recruitment, ideally within fast-paced environments, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in digital sourcing, social media recruitment, and candidate assessment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet strict hiring targets, and handle confidential information professionally.
