About the Role
GiftsBySisi is a premier, Lagos-based gifting company founded in 2020 that specializes in curated, hand-wrapped, and personalized gifts. Built on the core belief that a gift should feel intimate and significant, we transform ordinary deliveries into thoughtful, memorable moments for both individuals and corporate brands. We are currently looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced Manager to oversee our daily operations and support the continued growth of our business in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage, supervise, and support team members while monitoring performance, setting goals, and ensuring accountability.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Implement and improve operational systems, internal policies, and business processes.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to the business owner.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and highly productive work environment at our Surulere location.
- Support overall business growth and actively execute strategic marketing and operational initiatives.
- HND or BSc degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, with prior managerial or supervisory experience being a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make critical decisions.
- A proactive, hands-on, and results-driven mindset with a passion for retail and gifting.
- Must be willing and able to work on-site from our store in Surulere, Lagos.
