About the Role
Paradise Palms Lodge & Suites, a premier hospitality destination located in the vibrant commercial and residential hub of Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Manager to lead our operations. Situated centrally with high accessibility to corporate offices, top-tier restaurants, and popular nightlife spots, our lodge caters to both business and leisure travelers. We are looking for a visionary leader who can maintain our high standards of service excellence, optimize daily administrative and hospitality processes, and foster a welcoming environment for all our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring seamless service delivery across front desk, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels, procure necessary supplies, and manage vendor relationships efficiently.
- Implement cost-control measures and revenue-generation strategies to achieve business targets and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven managerial experience in the hospitality or hotel management sector.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for operational detail.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic office productivity tools.
- Familiarity with the Ikeja and Lagos hospitality market is a strong advantage.
