We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Management Consultant to lead high-impact consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation, helping our clients achieve world-class operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements, developing actionable strategies, robust business cases, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
- Conduct comprehensive business diagnostics, organisational assessments, market research, and financial analyses.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior consultants, fostering cross-functional coordination and professional growth.
- Prepare executive-level reports, business proposals, presentations, and Board papers to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- A Master's degree and/or MBA will be a distinct added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in management consulting with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in business transformation, corporate strategy, organisational design, governance, and operational excellence.
