About the Role
Efficacy Construction Company is a leading real estate development and building construction firm located in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are currently looking for a creative, detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in transforming conceptual designs into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing real estate developments from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive architectural concepts, design development documents, and detailed working drawings using industry-standard software.
- Prepare and submit accurate architectural drawings and documentation for statutory approvals and building permits with relevant regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, civil engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervision to monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to approved architectural specifications.
- Resolve technical challenges on-site promptly and provide detailed inspection reports within established timelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
- Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3D Max.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian building codes, zoning laws, and statutory planning approval processes.
- Active professional membership with relevant bodies such as ARCON or NIA will be an added advantage.
