Woodgate Structure Limited is seeking a dynamic and creative Makeup Merchandiser to join our expanding retail operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming retail spaces into visually stunning environments that captivate customers and drive cosmetic sales. Key Responsibilities- Execute brand planograms and floor plans across assigned retail locations to ensure strict consistency with corporate marketing directives.
- Design and set up eye-catching window displays, feature tables, and endcap promotions to introduce new product launches and seasonal collections.
- Maintain tester hygiene and presentation, replacing broken, expired, or heavily used makeup palettes, lipsticks, and brushes immediately.
- Optimize strategic lighting and mirror placement to create an inviting, interactive environment where customers feel encouraged to try products.
- Monitor product inventory on the retail floor, ensuring shelves are neatly faced, fully stocked, and organized by color shade or category.
- Educate Beauty Advisors and retail sales assistants on visual standards, teaching them how to maintain display integrity throughout busy shopping shifts.
- Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Art, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser, Makeup Artist, or Beauty Retail Associate in Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic products, current beauty trends, and visual standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to train retail staff.
