About the Role
Recare, a leading personal style and beauty company behind renowned brands such as Natures Gentle Touch, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our facility's infrastructure, ensuring that all electrical and hydraulic systems operate at peak efficiency to support our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and oversee all maintenance-related work to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.
- Plan and manage all equipment repair, upgrade, and installation activities effectively.
- Monitor the electrical and hydraulic systems of facility equipment to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Document maintenance activities accurately and prepare daily progress reports and logs.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry, with significant background in electrical and facility maintenance.
- Valid technical training certifications relevant to electrical or mechanical maintenance.
- Proven proficiency in using MS Office software for documentation and reporting.
- Strong competencies in problem-solving analysis, time management, interpersonal communication, and team collaboration.
