Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise daily mining operations to consistently achieve and exceed production targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to optimize mining processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with national and international safety regulations, mining laws, and environmental standards.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage comprehensive mining budgets, operational expenditures, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including geology, maintenance, and logistics, to streamline operations and maximize output.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in mining operations, with significant exposure to the cement or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the proven ability to lead large, diverse technical teams effectively.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of modern mining principles, operational best practices, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
