Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily maintenance operations, routine inspections, and prompt repairs across all facility infrastructure.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise the internal maintenance team and external contractors to ensure high-performance standards.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespans.
- Monitor facility maintenance budgets, inventory supplies, and procurement processes efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operations.
- Utilize modern property management technology to track service requests and generate detailed operational reports.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in facility maintenance or hospitality supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.
