About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI), a leading HR and Management Consultancy firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Jos, Plateau State. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering excellence across various construction and civil engineering projects by ensuring precise measurements, boundary verifications, and topographical mapping.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct accurate land, boundary, and topographical surveys to support construction planning and design.
- Establish site control points, benchmarks, and grid lines for construction setting-out activities.
- Operate and maintain advanced surveying equipment including Total Stations and GPS/GNSS receivers.
- Process field data using AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce detailed maps and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate closely with civil engineers, architects, and project managers to maintain strict quality control.
- Ensure full compliance with site health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
- ND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics, Land Surveying, or Geomatics.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction setting-out and topographical surveys.
- Proficiency in modern surveying instruments and drafting software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Relevant professional registration or membership with a recognized surveying body is an advantage.
