We are currently looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic production team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the final gatekeeper of excellence, ensuring that every branding, printing, signage, and production job meets our stringent quality benchmarks and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures across all production workflows.
- Conduct rigorous inspections at critical stages of production to identify and correct errors early.
- Verify colour accuracy, consistency, alignment, dimensions, material quality, and finishing on all items.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Design, and Client Service teams to resolve quality issues swiftly.
- Investigate recurring production defects, document findings, and recommend effective preventive measures.
- Train and support production floor staff on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Quality Management, Industrial Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in quality assurance, printing, signage, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of printing processes, production workflows, and finishing techniques.
- Exceptional eye for detail, colour matching, and defect detection under pressure.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
