About the Role
Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) services within the oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the availability, accuracy, and reliability of spare parts and materials required for maintenance activities across all company projects, supporting our transition from reactive to proactive maintenance while maintaining uncompromised QHSE standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure continuous availability, accuracy, and reliability of spare parts and materials for all maintenance and operational activities.
- Leverage SAP for efficient inventory management to achieve high Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and low Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
- Read, interpret, and manage parts catalogues for diverse equipment categories to support maintenance teams.
- Drive cost-efficient inventory practices while strictly adhering to corporate QHSE standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with maintenance and procurement teams to streamline parts replacement and optimize equipment productivity.
- HND or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or maintenance support within the oil and gas or heavy engineering sector.
- Proficiency in using SAP or other enterprise resource planning tools for inventory and maintenance tracking.
- Strong ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment parts catalogues.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high commitment to workplace safety.
