About the Role
LEAM Consulting Limited, a foremost consulting firm renowned for its professionalism and proven track record of delivering excellent services, is seeking an experienced, hands-on, and results-driven Restaurant General Manager. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of our daily restaurant operations, drive revenue growth, and maintain high service standards across all our branches.
Key Responsibilities- Manage restaurant staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor employee performance to ensure seamless service delivery and workflow.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, manage labor costs, control food wastage and inventory, and analyze financial performance with department heads.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen, service, and other departments to ensure effective and cohesive operations.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, coordinate promotional activities, manage corporate bookings, and plan special events to expand the restaurant revenue streams.
- Possession of an HND or B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a senior management role, preferably within the fast-food, restaurant, or broader hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in administration, Human Resource Management, and people operations.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without supervision, possessing high attention to detail and a proactive management style.
