About the Role

Our mission is to provide global standards of dining experience, hygiene, and service quality to Africa's consumers. We are currently seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our dynamic facility team in Wuse 2, Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, facilities, and technical systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and other facility-related systems.
- Monitor the condition and performance of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and accurate records.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in line with company standards.
- Coordinate with external technicians and contractors where specialized repairs are required.
- Identify potential equipment faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Support the installation, servicing, and commissioning of new equipment where required.
- HND or B.Sc. in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in food service, hospitality, manufacturing, or commercial retail environments.
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and refrigeration units.
- Ability to diagnose faults and execute independent repairs under pressure.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional certifications or technical training will be a distinct advantage.
