About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Raw Mill Operator to join our dynamic team at Dangote Cement Plc, contributing to our continued operational excellence and production targets in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the raw-mill sections of the production line from the Central Control Room to ensure precision and adherence to standards.
- Provide relevant information, direction, and feedback to raw-mill patrollers, shift coordinators, and engineers.
- Monitor and control plant process lines to ensure stable equipment operation, employee safety, and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Log process data at specified intervals, document activities, and prepare detailed operational reports.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot potential operating problems independently or in consultation with engineering teams.
- Supervise casual staff to ensure all conveyor belts remain clean and free from jamming.
- Ensure that cement and clinker production targets are successfully achieved during the respective shift.
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Processing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in a cement manufacturing or heavy processing environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
